Senior Sales Manager
BullTechMall Inc is an industry-leading authorized electronic components distributor specializing in making electronic component obsolescence, obsolete. BullTechMall is devoted to delivering full-service global supply chain solutions for our client's most challenging obsolescence problems. Our Authorized distribution model focuses on securing parts that are in short supply and high demand, and products that are EOL, and obsolete. BullTechMall serves multiple market sectors, including military/defense, medical, automotive, test and instrument, industrial, and consumer electronics. BullTechMall’s Senior Sales Manager will enjoy the challenge of building and growing a new account base while servicing existing accounts and growing the overall spending with BullTechMall.

Director of Business Development
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Following up on incoming leads provided by BullTechMall and driving obsolescence discussions with customers and stakeholders
- Extensive outbound calling and prospecting into buyers, materials managers, commodity managers, Component Engineers
- Providing component obsolescence consultation to customers based on their needs and how BullTechMall can help them stay ahead of obsolescence
- Servicing a growing customer base while finding new opportunities.
- Ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Follow up on incoming leads from Marketing and convert them into future revenue-producing customers
- Ability to set multiple appointments and calls per week to review customers obsolescence challenges and explain BullTechMall Value propositions
- Use available customer contact tools, including outbound calls, emails, HubSpot, Case Studies & Company Newsletters along with hosting Virtual webinars and Lunch & Learns and other marketing efforts to connect with customers and create sales opportunities
Minimum Educational Qualifications & Experience:
B.S. Degree, preferably with an Engineering focus
Minimum Previous Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in the Electronic Component industry
- 5+ years in sales, building and growing customer accounts
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- The ideal candidate must possess Excellent Communication Skills and ability to articulate all of BullTechMall’s Value Proposition as an Authorized distributor who is focused on solving our customers obsolescence challenges
- Collaborate with fellow team members when needed and maintains a team first attitude when sales opportunities arise where collaboration is needed
